Central Asia Sustainable Infrastructure
For 2026, Central Asia and the Caucasus are entering a defining new chapter in their development. Three major global financial institutions—the EBRD, ADB, and the GCF—have launched a USD 90 million Sustainable Infrastructure Framework to accelerate transformation across the region. 10 major project tenders are now open, ranging from green hydrogen to climate-resilient water systems.
This year marks an unprecedented shift: Funding will be awarded to 10 international contractors, inviting Uzbekistan’s firms to build the next generation of infrastructure and shape the long-term future of an entire region.
